I'm Kelly Baker. I’m a born and bred Maritimer, raised in the small fishing village of Port Medway, Nova Scotia. I spent my twenties being inspired by the places I’ve been lucky enough to live and travel – from Nova Scotia to British Columbia, from New Zealand to Venice. I've now settled down in my gorgeous home of Fredericton, where I’ve made Photography my full time endeavour.

Photography grabbed my heart in 2010 and has pulled me along a most exciting, nurturing, wonderful journey of capturing life's most unforgettable stories and sharing them, one snap at a time. I studied photography at the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design full-time for two years and have developed the skills to help you create the images that represent you. I am professionally-trained and hold a Diploma in photography from the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design. So I not only am passionate about my craft, but I know it. My Style
My style is a bit on the creative, artistic side. I can and will do "traditional" posed photos, absolutely. But my passion lies in capturing real smiles - even if I have to tell a silly joke to make them happen. I am also into a bit unusual stuff - light painting, sparkler fun, nighttime shoots that capture stars, and more. So if you're wanting to convey something a bit different and you're interested in some unique and creative storytelling, you've found your gal.
I would describe my editing style as modern nostalgia - warm tones and genuine emotion give my images the feeling of looking at those beautiful photographs from childhood that were taken on film and developed with care. But they also have a clean, bright, and contemporary feel. I also pride myself in not being limited to one particular visual style. So when you book with me, you have the opportunity to choose between a number of styles, which will help me craft a unique and authentic approach to crafting your story.
